SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- We offer shipping all over Pakistan through different courier companies.
- Deliveries usually take up to 7-10 business days. Please note that no orders are dispatched over the weekend or on gazetted holidays.
- Standard shipping of Rs.250 on each order, and for orders above Rs.6000, no shipping will be charged across Pakistan.
PAYMENT METHODS
Gülizar accepts the following payment methods:
- Pay Cash On Delivery ( COD ) or make a bank transfer.
- International customers can WeternUnion.
AMEND YOUR ORDERS
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
SHOOT & DESCRIPTIONS
Gülizar takes a lot of effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are as accurate as possible. While the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Gulizar.pk cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
FAILED DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Failed Deliveries
- Our courier attempts twice to deliver it to you, after 02 attempts, our customer services personnel will contact you regarding your undelivered order, and it would be delivered again as per your response.
- The order would be canceled in case of no feedback & 3 unsuccessful attempts.
No Exchange/ No Refund
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us on Social Media with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the address that is mentioned on the parcel. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the online method of payment.
